The UF Identification system replaces social security numbers on student records and is required for creating or changing Gatorlink Accounts.

Gator1 ID Badge

All faculty, staff and students at the University of Florida are required to have university picture ID badges. These badges are necessary for everything – entering buildings  after hours, checking out books at the library, using the recreation facilities, tickets to sporting events, etc. Students in the University of Florida Health Science Center are required to wear their photo identification badge at all times within the Health Center.  Gator1 ID‘s can be purchase through the Gator1 Card Office website or in person at the
